01 — The ritual

Two hands. One voice. All of it timed.

A very good massage relaxes your body and leaves your mind exactly where it was. You lie there for an hour, working through tomorrow.

Stillpoint is built to close that gap. There is nothing to wear and nothing to hold: a recorded voice plays quietly into the room, under the music, and moves slowly down the body — the top of the head, the forehead, the jaw, the shoulders. Your therapist is working to the same programme, on the same part of you, at the same moment.

The therapist follows it on a phone at the side of the table, so the timing holds for the whole eighty minutes without a word being spoken in the room.

You are awake the entire time. You can move, speak or stop whenever you like.

Most massages relax your body. This one is timed to relax your mind at the same time.

02 — The eighty minutes

Ten minutes before anyone touches you.

Sixty minutes of massage, with ten minutes either side that most treatments simply don't have.

−10:00 Nothing happens Ten minutes of guided relaxation before a single stroke. Hands still, or off you entirely.
00:00 The hands start Face down, head to feet. The voice arrives at each part of you as the hands do.
+30:00 You turn over Assisted, unhurried. Most guests barely register it happening.
+60:00 Hands off Ten minutes to come back up. Nobody moves you off the table.
+70:00 Eighty minutes gone You open your eyes. It will not have felt like eighty minutes.

03 — The setting

Only at registered clinics.

Stillpoint is not a product you can buy and it is not a spa we own. It is a treatment a venue has to be trained and approved to deliver — and only a handful will be.

Five-star spas

Registered venues are five-star hotel spas, or standalone spas of the same standard. Nowhere else.

Trained therapists

Every therapist delivering Stillpoint is trained and signed off on the programme. It is not something a spa can improvise.

Eighty uninterrupted minutes

A room that can hold quiet for the full session. No phone, no knock at the door, no overrun from the appointment before.

One venue per district

A registered clinic is the only Stillpoint venue in its area, so the treatment stays what it is.
